This English communication skills certification offered on Coursera in partnership with Georgia Tech is designed to improve business English. It provides learners with the necessary tools to improve their professional communication skills, with an emphasis on speaking and writing in English.
The program is oriented towards beginners and requires effort of around 3 hours a week across five months. The professional communication skills taught in the program include writing emails; speaking in person, on the phone, and through video conferencing; and using online tools such as LinkedIn and Twitter to enhance your online presence.
